Redatam workshop 2016: Census data analysis and processing for the creation of sociodemographic indicators using Redatam

Description

Emphasis will be made to the processing and analysis of information from population and housing censuses and household surveys with priority in the generation of indicators in the following areas: education vulnerability, estimation on habitat deficit, specification of target groups (third age, adolescents, indigenous population) and their socio-demographic characteristics, migration and UBN estimation. Redatam7 will be used.

 

Date: From April 25th to 29th, 2016, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Place: The course will take place at ECLAC headquarters, CELADE-Population Division, Santiago, Chile. The course will be given in Spanish.

Costs:  The fee is US $ 250 dollars for each participant.
