Officer in Charge
Ms. Sandra Manuelito is Officer in Charge of the Programme Planning and Operations Division of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC).
Ms. Manuelito has over 25 years of experience in the United Nations in change management, strategic planning, budgeting, project management and evaluation, and in areas related to economic analysis and statistics.
From 2014 to 2024, she served as Chief of the Programme Planning and Evaluation Unit in the Programme Planning and Operations Division. Before that she served as Economic Affairs Officer and Associate Statistician.
Ms. Manuelito is a Portuguese national. She holds a master’s degree in economics and public policies from Adolfo Ibañez University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Nova School of Business and Economics, University of Lisbon.
