This Community of Practice is an informal space for exchange among peers and sharing of good practices with regards to the implementation of the 2030 Agenda in general and the preparation of Voluntary National Reveiws (VNRs) in particular; and aims to provide a space to regularly communicate with peers.

SESSION GOAL
The main objective of this meeting was to reflect on the 2023 High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF) and to hear the experiences of Latin American and Caribbean countries that submitted their VNRs this year. In a second step, we analyzed, looking ahead, VNRs in the region, including the presentation of the Voluntary National Reporting Quality Index (VNRs-QI) by CEPEI and a reflection by Sakiko Fukuda-Parr, Chair of the Subgroup on VNRs of the United Nations Committee for Development Policy. We also reported on the SDG Summit during the United Nations General Assembly in September 2023.
