The workshop’s target audience included high-level policy-makers, public servants from different relevant ministries related to energy, logistics, transport and public works specialists with the aim of discuss the main findings of the case study carried out in Trinidad and Tobago about logistics alternatives for exporting hydrocarbons and boost the sustainable development of the Caribbean basin.
