The specific objectives are to update the situation about the measurement of internal, international migration and everyday mobility, review the current UN recommendations about census measurement of usual place of residence, internal, international migration, everyday mobility and the definitions and national practices in this respect. Other goals are: learning about the improvements of the work group on migration and remittances, SCA-ECLAC, and establish technical recommendations regarding conceptual and operational aspects of measurement, migrations and everyday mobility analysis.
