The second meeting of designated Focal Points by the Governments of the signatory countries of the Declaration on the implementation of Principle 10 of the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development in Latin America and the Caribbean is to review and approve to Plan of Action adopted until 2014. This Plan includes the procedures for public participation in the process, the functions of the Board and the Technical Secretariat.
