1. Objectives:

  • To provide information on the process for electing public representatives for the 2026–2030 term, particularly for those wishing to vote and/or stand as candidates.
  • To provide information on the electoral calendar and its stages.
  • To explain the registration process on the Regional Public Mechanism platform, which enables people to vote and submit candidacies for the November 2026 elections.
  • To provide information on the requirements for standing as a candidate and to outline the next steps in the process.

2. Format of the meeting: open to the general public; it will be held online via Webex, in two sessions: on 28 July in Spanish and on 29 July in English.
