Que el participante fortalezca sus capacidades para otorgar soluciones a las necesidades de la ciudadanía y organizaciones a través del Gobierno Digital, e incorporar nuevos conocimientos para avanzar en la toma de decisiones basadas en evidencia y políticas fundadas en datos, construyendo el camino hacia un Gobierno Inteligente en América Latina y el Caribe.
