Regional Workshop: "Census Cartography in Latin America for the 2010 census round"

The specific objectives are to analyze the national experiences and innovations in cartographic updating for the 2010 censuses round, discuss the difficulties and questions regarding the process and use of new technologies in cartographic updating, analyze the new technologies in the different stages of the cartographic updating process, its maintenance and administration. Additionally, studying the potentiality of these technologies and others linked to internet for census data processing and diffusion.
