    The Planning Notes of the Regional Observatory on Planning for Development aim to bring academia, governments, civil society organizations, and the general community closer to relevant issues concerning planning and public management in different countries, with the purpose of updating perspectives on these topics and disseminating actions currently taking place in the region. These are brief notes characterized by presenting the addressed subject in a language accessible to all those interested in them.
