Entre los días 15-16 de noviembre se llevó a cabo en la Ciudad de Panamá el encuentro organizado por la CEPAL junto al Gabinete Social del Gobierno de Panamá, y el apoyo de Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Alimentación y la Agricultura (FAO). Se brindó a las y los participantes bases conceptuales para la implementación de políticas públicas dirigidas reducir la desigualdad y promover los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible.
