FAL Bulletin on the new port governance

This FAL Bulletin is the first of a series of studies on ports and shipping to be published in the coming months. It analyses the changes in port governance that have occurred since the beginning of the latest wave of reforms, and the new circumstances in which the port system is as well as the need to a new governance in the ports of Latin America and the Caribbean in order meet the requirements of the 21st Century.
