Representatives who attended the First Session of the Regional Conference on South-South Cooperation in Latin America and the Caribbean advocated for economic integration and partnerships for growth, at the conclusion of the meeting held at ECLAC.
The First Session of the Regional Conference on South-South Cooperation in Latin America and the Caribbean was inaugurated today at ECLAC’s headquarters in Santiago, Chile.
The proposal, which seeks to strengthen the region’s institutional framework in the area of cooperation, will be submitted to ECLAC’s Committee of the Whole for consideration in November.
High-level authorities from the region are participating in the Extraordinary Meeting of the Committee on South-South Cooperation of ECLAC, which was inaugurated today.
