Government representatives finalize preparations for the 12th session of the Regional Conference on Women in Latin America and the Caribbean, scheduled to be held in 2013 in the Dominican Republic.
This will be the main theme of the twelfth session of the Regional Conference on Women in Latin America and the Caribbean, which will be held in the Dominican Republic in October 2013.
"Gender equality and the empowerment of women is a fundamental human right and a force for the benefit of all", says the United Nation's Secretary-General, Ban Ki-moon.
