This 9 to 11 May, the first meeting of the Americas Statistics Conference will take place at the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean's (ECLAC's) headquarters in Santiago, Chile. Representatives from all United Nations countries belonging to ECLAC will meet to debate and promote the development of statistics at the regional level.
