Over one hundred Argentinian public officials acquired new technical skills in the use and application of the Damage and Loss Assessment (DaLA) methodology, as the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) subregional headquarters for the Caribbean carried out two workshops from 7-10 May 2018.
