Description

This is an intensive hands-on training and will be conducted in Spanish. The course will have duration of 72 hours during nine days. It is aimed at professionals, technicians and users in general with experience and knowledge in data management and processing and ideally with some knowledge of Redatam. This workshop is part of the technical advisory activities that CELADE-Population Division continuously provides to national institutions related to the use and dissemination of sociodemographic and sectoral information, especially population census and surveys.

During the workshop the process of sociodemographic databases (censuses and surveys) migration from external sources such as DBF, CSPro, SPSS, ASCII to Redatam will be taught.
