Do you need to learn how to properly format the list of references for your bibliography? Do you want to strengthen you research skills? The Library offers workshops online and face-to-face aimed at researchers, teachers and librarians interested in learning how to take advantage of the great potential offered by libraries.

Optimize Your Research Skills

The workshops, aimed to both beginners and experts, include introductory sessions on how to explore the virtual library or find information for your research. We also offer in-depth training to help you learn to effectively use electronic resources. Training sessions are an opportunity to learn and explore the wide range of resources and services available to support research process.

Face-to-face workshops are held in rooms designed and equipped for this purpose, within the premises of ECLAC. The online training sessions use a web conferencing tool and they are offered as an alternative to the sessions. The duration of each training session varies between 30 minutes and 2 hours and depends on the degree of complexity of the training.
