Said Mr. Osvaldo Rosales an interview in the daily mail Gestion, of Peru which was published on 16 May. For the director of the Division of International Trade and Integration of ECLAC, China has strengthened its relationship with Latin America since grown from a small partner in the beginning of the last decade, the principal market in Brazil, Chile and Peru.

The Thirty-fifth session of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) was held on May 5-9 in Lima, Peru. The biennial meeting is the most important gathering held by this United Nations regional organization. Along with his participation in the 35th Session, Mr. Osvaldo Rosales also appeared as a guest in the television program "La Hora" wherein he provided an analysis of a proposal for the productive integration of countries based on inclusive value chains.

Mr. Osvaldo Rosales, Director of the International Trade and Integration Division, recently attended Peru Summit: A nation at a turning point organized by The Economist and held in Lima on May 13-14, 2014. Mr. Rosales was a speaker in the Business and Trade . The Summit provided a forum to discuss the most important issues currently affecting the social and economic future of Peru including finance, innovation, entrepreneurship, human capital, infrastructure, security, culture and politics.
