The Report is launched annually at a press conference in Santiago.
This document offers a complete analysis of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in the region. It contains three chapters:

-A detailed overview of the characteristics of the FDI and the transnational corporations (TNCs) present in the region.

-An examination of the competitive situation of the automobile industry in Mexico and Brazil.

- An analysis of the efficiency-seeking FDI in Costa Rica, Honduras, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic.
