The UN examines the report on the situation of migrants in Chile

The UN Committee on the Protection of the Rights of all Migrant Workers and Members of their Families (CMW) is today (September 14th 2011) in its 15th Session in Geneva, Switzerland, to analyze the Alternative Report presented by the Chilean Network on Migration and Interculturality (RedMI as per its Spanish abbreviation) on the situation of migrants' rights in Chile. This report was elaborated by about twenty civil society institutions as an alternative version of the report presented by the Chilean government.
